What time should I arrive for my appointment?
If it is your first visit with us we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Because we do customize your skin care we have a thorough consultation before your treatment begins. If you are an existing client we ask you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please turn off your cell phone prior to your arrival.

What if I am running late?
We have scheduled this time specifically for you and in order to get the full experience you are paying for we ask that you try to arrive on time. However, we understand life is hectic at times; if you are running late, please call to advise us of your situation. Your late arrival could affect the length of your treatment.

Why could my length of my treatment be affected due to arriving late?
Arriving late to your schedule appointment affects the rest of our schedule for that day. In order to stay on time for clients who also reserved appointments after yours, it is imperative that we honor their scheduled time.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment? 
It is required that you call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will incur a charge for the service amount. Since that time has been reserved especially for you, without proper notice we can not book that time for someone else.
